I think we have three coaches that are going to be poached sooner than later. First Dutch. I'm sure that's heating up now. He's going to have the most opportunity.
Then you have Craig Smith at Utah State. He comes from Tim Miles - turned around South Dakota and they got two post season (the shitty post season) bids. But that's South Dakota. Went to Utah State and looks like his first three years will yield three NCAAT's and he's finished 1st or 2nd in this conference in those three years. Someone is going to poach him soon, maybe this year.
Medvev at CSU has been pretty impressive too. Like Smith, at a small school, Furman, from crappy to two shitty post seasons, but post seasons nonetheless. Same at Drake. And now at CSU, he has made them conference formidable in short time.

I don't buy any of the UNLV/Otz stuff ....
