Christopher Reeves original were the best. I cannot stand these Henry Carvell new Superman’s movies. No heart, man. Superman Returns with this unknown actor have it.

Henry Carville looks the part, Brandon Routh - that was just a bad movie.
But Christopher Reeves remains the gold standard for Superman. Even with the awful Superman IV Quest for Peace. I noticed Superman III doesn't score well either, but I liked that movie.

Yup, Cavill looks the part but I can't imagine him doing a very good dorky Clark Kent. Christopher Reeves played both Clark and Superman perfectly. I just wish they could somehow update the special effects on the first two Reeves Superman movies. I still enjoyed Man of Steel. Faora and the fight sequences were great.
