Looks like the committee has adjusted the financial commitment to rhe stadium down to 550 million and the latest news is Goodell's desire to see the Raiders stay in Oakland has fizzled. The support from the owners is growing by the day Davis is quoted as saying he was "disappointed" wirh the committee's action, but he didn't seem surprised. 200 million doesn't seem like a very big obstacle at this point, at least to me. 550 million is OK by and allows the Distfict to move forward aa well. The economic impact of the stadium, doesn't come close to the impact of the LVCC as it exists today, the District will widen that gap tremendously, but the stadium will have it's own impact and complement the LVCC in a major way. I just glad to see both projects moving ahead.
