Anybody planning on going out to the first spring practices? . Would be great to get a nice crowd out there to support the team/staff/university. I plan on making as many as work will allow.

Spring practices were always open under Hauck. They had a designated area for people to watch the practices. Only asked that you not tape and or use a self phone while there. None of the high school kids from this class will be there of course only the Juco guys. Will still be interesting to see how the new staff works with the current players. Maybe get an idea of how the 2 deep will look, how they divide reps between the QBs etc.

I forget the exact dates but will try and get back to you on that as soon as possible. Last season it coincided with a UNLV baseball game. You could see football practice and then head over to the baseball field right after.

Would like to go to some practices, but my work & family schedule rarely allow to. Will be interested in seeing the reports that come out of it though.

Spring Practice will run March 16- April 18.

Day/Times have not been released yet but should be out soon.

Sanchez was on one of the ESPN 1100 shows today. Spring practice came up for a minute and I think he said Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday then MWF. Then Spring Break for the student-athletes, followed by the same schedule: MWFS MWF.

Pretty sure that's what was said.

I go to a few every year. It would be really sweet if we could get a couple of good sized crowds out there as well. A lot of former Rebels come out as well like Frank Summers, Ryan Wolfe and a couple others.

I'd love to bring my boys out there sometime. It would be nice to hit football and then swing over to watch a baseball game.

It would be nice if they could build up enough excitement that they moved the spring game out to the stadium. That would start to give UNLV that big time feel you get at programs that have large crowds for the spring game.

Imagine how much it would do for the program if they could get a crowd of 10-15K or more come out for a spring game!
