I’m assuming the new HC, had several people in mind when he arrived, now there is one less person on his list, no different than had Petrino tuned down the offer initially.
I'm confident Odom will get a good one. He's been around a long time and must have tons of connections. Unlike the feeling i would have if arroyo was making the hire
What stinks is that some of those back up options may have other jobs by now.

Apparently already having a job is not an eliminating factor in hiring an OC...
Well, we should have the money that we were going to pay Petrino (allegedly being paid to UNLV by T A&M), so we could buy out another coach with that same money, then be back to even to pay a new OC.
I mean Arroyo is looking for a job 🤷♂️ we have to pay him either way so we may as well get him to work.
Like that guy on workers comp that still can’t perform his job due to the injury but rather than pay him to sit at home they make him go to the office to file and answer phones .
