Hell it’s happening here in Nevada at the youth sports level even. Sisolak won’t allow the kids to play so teams are saying F you we’ll head to Utah and Arizona for tournaments.

You know that Humbolt where SJSU will practice is in CA right? And as far as I know all of the other schools in CA are cleared to practice, this is Santa Clara County and it may also have been resolved for SJSU and Stanford.
