I hope it’s something Otz holds onto, I like it, accountability.

But it’s very easy to punish and hold kids accountable in a “lost” season. You aren’t potentially blowing a year with a strict stance if the year is already blown. Still, milk something good out the season, if it’s a foundation or expectation, it’s important.

if he budges on it in the future, then that just means it was a convenient year to do it.

Only time will tell. But I heard very early on, before first official practice; that’s the way he is. We will see… I like it.

Very nice to see a little motion, ball movement & hustle today. It really looks like Coleman is getting comfortable on the floor and if Long returns playing the way he was when he was hurt there will be a lot fewer minutes for Hardy.

Shibel showed a nice little jump hook today. I liked that new little wrinkle in the offense with that little post down low. Can he pull that off against good competition? I don’t know!

Now for the bad news. We aren’t gonna out rebound anybody else the rest of the year like that. Not sure but I think we had almost as many offensive rebounds as they had total. Also Diong always comes up big against small teams so don’t look for anymore dominant performance like that again from him. Also Tillman was just too big and strong for them to guard so he just had his way.

Not much to be taken away from this game that will translate to other games this year other than OTZ isn’t taking any half assed efforts from anyone. Take a seat, I’ll let you know if I need you!

I am glad they won yesterday because the next practice would have been unimaginable if OTZ had 5 days to stew over a loss to Robert Morris. It might have more resembled a football practice with fumble recovery drills. Maybe he needs to show a highlight reel of Glen Gondrezik (spelling) diving into the 1’st row for loose balls.

I love it! You should be proud and humbled to wear a Rebel jersey, end of discussion..

Looks like Hamilton has a little soul searching to do over the holiday. He is obviously much more talented than Green but he isn’t showing OTZ the desire & grit that he demands so....take a seat, I will call you if I need you!

The one good sign is that some of the roll players appear to becoming to life. The big question is if the so called leaders of the team start to come to life or continue to coast along?
