Went to the college basketball tournament experience\hall of fame in KC yesterday. Only UNLV player was Larry Johnson. I could not believe, well I can because what else is new, Tark was not in it. Here is a list of modern coaches from his era that are enshrined; Tom Penders, Homer Drew, Rick Majerus, Lou Henson, Dale Brown, Gene Keady, Mike Montgomery, Tom freaking Penders.

The outfit seemed to be run by the NABC. So I guess Tark pissed someone off there but come on. None of those guys should be in a Hall of Fame much less before Tark. I didn’t even include the some others that may have a case before Tark but at least their inclusion wasn’t totally horrible ( John Cheney, Joe B Hall, Gene Bartow, Jud Hearhcote..)

So I know Tark is in the Basketball Hall of Fame, but this is the college basketball hall of fame in Kansas City not Springfield, MA. All the more reason he should be in this one instead of Tom Penders.

Awful. That HOF has zero credibility. How do you ignore one of the winningest coaches of all-time, coach of one of the most dominant teams of all-time and national champion winner and yet recognize a bunch of 'ok' coaches, some whom never even PLAYED in a NC game much less won it all?

The true basketball HOF is Naithsmith in Springfield Mass. It is all inclusive to all levels of basktbeall. Its the one where Michael Jordan talked sh!t to everyone that doubted him, and was maybe the first time he publically shown the world his true nature as an A hole.
