This isn't the first local reporter I have heard this phrase from. Expectations are low for a change and I hope the Rebels surprise everybody but if not it's okay. They may need to take another step back before going forward. I just want to see great effort from the players, great coaching and on and off court discipline from the coaching staff, and improvement as the year progresses. Let's all make sure to be supportive in the positive from this year.

Maybe the 3* Dembele or the 4* Troy Baxter could have been mentioned. Not saying I expect them to compete for a conference title, but I think their gonna surprise some people. This team has no pressure or high expectations and nothing to lose and everything to gain.

These mags are useless. If your not in a P5 conference they do no research at all. Been that way for years. They very seldom get our roster right. Just look who's gone and make the rest up. Even when Rice had his best recruits they wouldn't have an idea of who was coming.

Problem is this Rebel team has very little experience and absolutely no time together. I just hope you all are patient. A .500 season would be a huge accomplishment!
