I was looking at our 2015-16 seniors, wondering if there were any draft prospects. IMO, the short answer is no. However, I think there are a few who may get FA invites. The most likely, the way I see it, are Peni Vea and Sonny Sanitoa, based on production over multiple years. Nick Gstrein had a very good pro day, so he may get a look. Fred Wilson has some good measureables and looks the part, so he would be a dark horse among dark horses. What do you guys think?

Vea had a monster pro day. I think he may go late in the draft. At worst his phone rings right after the draft and he gets a camp invite.

Sonny was always an enigma. Seemed like we should have seen better production out of the guy. He gets a call, but I would be surprised to see him stick on a roster.

Nick has a shot. Teams always looking for depth at O Line. What hurts Nick is that he is strictly an OG. (not the Ice-T variety). I don't think he could kick out to either tackle spot. Not sure he could play C either.

Agree totally on Fred. Certainly passes the eyeball test. I could see him making it as a FA special teams/back up DB.

I think Vea and Nick have the best shot.

Peni's 4.40 alone makes me think he'll go late. I hope he makes it. I agree with that assessment on Sonny. Always seemed like if he had help he could have put up some monster numbers. Anyone know if Sonny had a decent pro day?

Didn't see any Rebels UDFA signings yet. Man, there's gotta be at least one.

Tell me the MW wasn't down this year. Ohio St had 12 guys drafted, and the entire MW only had nine, from four teams. That's pretty weak.

Surprised by Vea not getting a call. Although his injury history doesn't help. Missed quite a few games.
