Sadly he seems to exhibit manic behavior. Could be some substance issues going on. There is a guy like this (Mike) that posts on the Sun. Extremely vulgar and abusive. Incapable of a rational conversation that disagrees with his opinion.

Sorry man, I added a couple of posters on my ignore list in December, so I had no clue; but he was one of them. I don't want to un-ignore those people because it takes up less clutter and less of my time. But it certainly has led to some confusion when I read threads.... Ah well, gotta take the good with the bad sometimes.
I think I figured out how to ban with him. What better person to experiment on? If it didn’t work someone else could step in but if it did then I’ll gain votes in 2020!
I have a couple of people on my ignore list as well so I get it. I have to click on “read ignored posts” when a conversation looks way off to me and it’s usually because at least one of those two people are involved.
By the way, it’s funny how I’m acknowledging a ban yet when I got wrongfully accused I maintained innocence yet still people “swore” I did it. Such a funny world.
