With them struggling with Cal today and issues that they are having on offense. I like our chances to keep it close.

Reassessment is that we had the ability and should have beaten Cal with 2 weeks to prepare. Came out looking awful. I really feel like it was a mistake for them to pull the starters at half time. The more game reps the better and putting up 75 would have gave them more confidence on the road.
Sanchez dropped 75 on an FCS school. Didn't seem to instill that team with any confidence....
Plus if Arroyo leaves in his one's in a game that was already decided I can only imagine your meltdown had Doug or White, or Robbins been hurt early in the 4th quarter of a game they were up 30-40 points.

Extra reps vs an awful ISU team wouldn't have made a bit of difference vs Cal.
A lot of folks on here act like Cal is/was completely devoid of talent. They had a very good defense last year. A number of 1st and 2nd team Pac 12 guys. Are they a good P5 school? Not currently, But they would be middle of the pack MWC if not a little better.
