I've read on here that he needs more time. I liken Poyser a lot to McCaw. He's not a PG but when he isn't in that role of trying to get other guys into their sets, he's really effective. When you tell Poyser to go out and be confident when the ball is in his hands, I really like his game. Feels like he's going to be a solid combo guard for years to come.
