I think there will be a fair amount of action following Spring..

Kevin has made it clear. He does not know how many or which players will be back.
Only 3 players are absolutely gone. Which others will want to stay? Which will he want?
How will the returning top 8 fit? Will there be 8?
Add one hs player. Then, figure transfers or other hs players.
Getting 5-star guys, will likely take longer. The competition has been recruiting them for years.

So, we can relax until Spring .
