On paper this is as good a staff as UNLV has had. Good mix of youth and experience.

I still think this season will be tough. It was a very good recruiting class, but a lot to expect freshman to turn this around year one. (We can hope obviously).

All I am hoping for realistically is a more competitive product on the field.

I can live with a tough year in the W/L columns, just want to see more close games vs the 30+ point blowouts that became too common under Sanchez.

Nice hire. As far as QB coach, bar has been set pretty low.
