I do like the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas but otherwise this helmet is pretty unremarkable.
How about achievement decals on the back like several schools do? Add in "casino coin" decals around the WtFLV decal? Some might object to the casino reference, but hey - Ohio St Buckeyes have what looks like a marijuana leaf decal on the backs of their helmets!!!

Can anyone tell me what is the deal with the Rebel logo in the bottom right corner,is it going to be incorporated in some form or fashion to the helmets?
Not sure what the deal is with the logo on the bottom right corner. This could be a total guess on my part but, could this be a teaser pick of another helmet? Maybe white helmet with the Hey Reb Logo on it? Does seem odd to have the logo there and not just another shot of the helmet.
As for the helmet being underwhelming, I agree it is not flashy, but I am totally ok with that. I despise Oregon's ridiculous helmets and uniforms. Your school colors are green and yellow, not chrome and carbon fiber. Having one helmet like that is fine and if UNLV has one I am ok with it. But I prefer a more traditional look. When you get to having 3,4,5,6 'alternate' helmets or 'flashy' helmets they lose their appeal. The most iconic helmets in college football are Penn State, Alabama Notre Dame and Michigan. None of those teams helmets will ever be confused with being flashy.
