I been watching on sofa today watching NCAA, eating everything I want, watching No TX and ORU stun big ten teams watching both MWC teams get curb stomped right now, seeing how Un-athletic Utah St was against Tech, I realize how bad UNLV is as whole, the whole program, coaching/recruiting to AD etc, UNLV has top facilities now, and UNLV still cant get coach that can compete against MWC, not talking top 30, just top 100, I see N Tx with guards, 3 lefty's can shoot and create, what does UNLV have? Hamilton creating and throwing up shots for himself, that what and having coach talk about leadership, instead of looking at himself and his offensive scheme. Good luck ISU.
UNLV is 200-250 team now, could be 300 next yr, if DRF wants to smell a P5 school she better get this hire right, I just want to see good basketball compete for MWC, hell with final 4, national championships, just compete for crap MWC, is that too hard to expect from 1.3 to 2 million contract for coach?
I am disgusted how one stupid decision by TKM has set program back 6 yrs now, and impact could be 10 years, I am afraid this could be forever, UNLV is San Jose with facilities, they dont even pretend to be good, I see F in Boise, CSU in fort collins, USU in Logan are better really, I dont even talk about Reno who kicks our butts to curb side now.
