Physical player, he should make a great addition with the size to have position versatility.I would guess there is only one more commitable offer on the offensive line

Yeah, Right now in this class that makes (3) O LIne Commits, Garcia, Caldwell and Brayton.

Along with Polu, Neale, Jacobson and late addition Oishi in the 2015 class the future UNLV offensive lines looked to be pretty much locked up. Like you said maybe one more open spot for this position group in 2016.

Total speculation on my part here but we have some older lineman on the roster right now who are on pace to (or already have their degrees) as Juniors. There might be more spots than we think moving forward. I certainly don't want to see anyone "forced" out but if they are buried on the depth chart I could see some guys moving on before their eligibility is up with the talent that is coming in.

Yeah after 2015 we will lose Scoggins and Gstrein. 2016 Seniors will be Clarkson, Noone, Carroll, Howard and Kreitler.

We also made the top 10- for Sean Auwae out of Hawaii yesterday. He would be a huge get as well.

Is Zach Singer playing OL or DL? Looks like he played OL in HS and DL at Kent State.

He practiced at DL all spring. I cant see them moving him back to OL after getting an entire spring in on the DL but he does have an entire year to make the switch.

I feel for our needs at D Tackle he should stay on that side of the ball.

Absolutely. Depth Charts mean nothing until the season starts. I am always playing catch up in regard to who is playing 2nd and 3rd so I wanted to map it out. I think it pretty interesting on who coaches are recruiting in comparison to needs. In the past, I just kind of took the information as it comes.

He had offers from New Mexico and Montana State with interest from Arizona and Montana.
6'4 290 and carries the weight well.
Seems like a really humble kid based on his comments on twitter. I am with you guys the future of the offensive line is really looking good.

Listed as a 2 Star by rivals. Had he not committed it would have been interesting to see if other what other schools would have shown interest.

In regards to Devonte Boyd being list on the depth chart as a JR next season, I am fairly certain he was a freshman all-American this year, so he would be a sophmore next season

Boyd will be a RS sophomore this season (2015) and a RS Junior for 2016 season.

The depth chart above is 2016 not 2015. Devonte will be a sophomore this coming season (2015) and a junior the following season (2016). This coming season depth chart has its own thread with the link. The 2016 chart is only to figure what we are losing and where we need to start recruiting.
