UNLV will probably finish the season 20-13 this year. Let’s say UNLV goes 21-12, 9-9 in conference next year. I don’t think it would be a bad look for UNLV to let Menzies go. 3 seasons at UNLV in this conference and he can’t win 10 games with best recruiting classes? I’m not saying UNLV will pay for a coach after Menzies, I’m saying that Menzies will be on the hot seat next season. I think 3 seasons is plenty if there isn’t a vision. I don’t see it at the moment. That’s what’s concerning. Also this isn’t Desiree “guy”. Desiree wouldn’t look bad doing it. I honestly think next year could be Marvin Menzies last year if it goes the same or worse. Menzies has to be on the hot seat going into next year. I hope he succeeds but will have to see
