Poyser's young but he'll learn fast. I like that picture of Menzies showing him where the basket is, and explaining that you have to throw the ball up there and let it fall through the hole.

Poyser has great upside and seems like a coachable kid. Getting him to stay was a huge win. If he steps up and takes a leadership role we could be a lot better than people expect.

lol I thought Menzies was teaching him how to shoot. You know proper ball rotation, how the ball is supposed to leave your hand, etc, etc
