I never understood the probationary period for moving up a level. Totally get it for moving down but not up.

This is equivalent to suspending Travis Bice for making a collect call (or taking a candy bar from his room) and not paying for it. I can't remember which it was, but it was deemed an impermissible benefit.

All but Dave Rice (of course) and one other player lost a game or two for various reasons.

If I recall correctly Anderson Hunt was suspended for using his hotel room phone to make a long distance call to his family.
