Odom is a very impressive coach. I can actually see him more NFL type HC tbh. Hopefully the Raiders don't notice lol.
Not sure. I think there are some unique differences in the management of a program/franchise. Grown men with huge contracts vs kids becoming men with, well, used to be no contracts. Sometimes one is easier to reach than the other.Odom is a very impressive coach. I can actually see him more NFL type HC tbh. Hopefully the Raiders don't notice lol.
The Detroit Lion's HC has been able to do the same. Take a franchise who was Barry Sanders and turn it into a favorite to with the SB.Not sure. I like his demeanor with our team, I like that he’s high expectation and accountability. Not saying you don’t do that in the pros either, but his way, at least for us, seems to really resonate with our players.
He took over a bad program with some marginal players, added some talent in and he made it work, appears he got heavy buy in. That’s not easy but he did it.
Odom appears to me to be one of those guys who can make that jump. In comparison, the Boise HC holy roller, not a chance. The Detroit Lion's HC has been able to do the same. Take a franchise who was Barry Sanders and turn it into a favorite to with the SB.
Few have that ability.
