One thing that is NOT going to work in our favor is the fact that we just had nearly 3 million on the table for Cronin. It's going to drive up the asking price for whoever is next on the list.
On the other hand, other guys that weren't very interested because they thought we couldn't pay the big bucks may put feelers out again...
