Wish Hunt never entered the NBA draft. Wish we had him for the full 4 years.

Agreed! He was extremely clueless as a Head Coach. Reminds me of that so called Rocket scientist of a Clown Krusty Patricia former so called Defensive Guru from the Patriots. His last year in Detroit the Defense was so bad that by the statistical numbers the 2008 (0-16) Detroit Lions defense was better! SMFH

That's ridiculous talk about Rice!
He was excellent at a lot of things, but he didn't have that Type A personality which lead to not having player control, players did what they wanted, which lead to his demise. When he had LK's kids who respected coaches, he did extremely well until they started seeing that he wasn't going to bench kids or set them straight.

Worst coach ever and even "clueless", but he somehow he outcoached Roy Williams and Dana Altman and Sean Miller in games.

He never out coached anyone. He beat the big teams on talent alone. As the season went on, other teams built chemistry while UNLV built egos and agendas.

Thats why Sean Miller told our radio guys he never wanted to play UNLV ever again - they have the talent in November to beat the number 1 team, then end up 10th in the 9th best conference killing their RPI.
