I assume this won't hurt us with our incoming class in terms of those signed? Is that a safe assumption? Also, how much does this hurt us in the Zimmerman hunt? If he's only here one year then I would say not much. But if he's thinking two years then I could see where they would now hesitate.
Glad Rice got one more year, the writing is on the wall and he knows the expectations. I don't think it changes much in terms of how hard he works as I always got the impression he was a hard worker. But I do wonder how it will change his thinking elsewhere such as reclassification (as mentioned on another thread).
