Process or results?

Process only, I can't see how many can complain. If you are judged by your competition, she got her hire done before they did.

I think she made a good hire. We will know soon because there is a lot of work to do with recruiting. Obviously he needs to assemble a staff but then they need to salvage a class before the second signing day. It will require a lot of hustle and we should be able to tell how driven the new guy is.
