That was coming out of hs, he’s now listed at 6’3 310 which is really solid for a guard.
IF we are able to secure a commitment from him he’d be the best lineman we’ve brought in this offseason IMO I have no idea what our chances are however.
I hope we get him... But on a different note, why the hell would a kid transfer out after playing in 22 games? I hate this trend in college football

Perhaps he’s scratched the itch of going off to college and now wants to play in front of his family and friends his final year? Perhaps he’s been recruited over and sees he won’t be playing as much? Hoping something brings him home.
Coaches need to recruit their whole roster of 85 every year.. in case someone scratched their itch to go to college. Just seems strange that all the bonds formed with your teammates just didn't matter. Playing for your school doesn't matter as much as it used to. I'm just old school though
