In the RebZone show this past weekend they did a piece on the upcoming Mountain West basketball season. They showed a clip of a Coach Menzies interview where he is answering a question. You didn't get to hear the question but you can infer it was a question about the system of play he wants to use. I loved his answer as he said something to the effect of "Well there's the system and then there's fundamentals...right now we have to teach both". The lack of fundamentals and lack of teaching fundamentals was one of the downfalls of the previous regime and I love that this coaching staff is addressing it.
