What you guys like?

I like the weird stuffs. Like all the time. I bet I have ate everything that you have eaten. Everyone of you. There is nothing that you have eaten that I have not eaten. Betcha. Name me a few weird stuffs that you have eaten......

My favorite: leafy veggies in lite broth. What's yours?

I bet you have not mixed coco puffs oatmeal with rice chex with honey bunches of oats with life cereal. A good way to start the day.

I tried chitterlings(?) once. Never again. I don't remember what they tasted like because I was too distracted by the smell.
Isolate it and put it into a taco. Beeeeeautiful

Tripa tacos. You have no idea in full form of innerts and the sauce to dip it in.....

My grandmother used make me mustard, onion and sauerkraut sandwiches

  1. Cow hoof soup (nasty);
  2. Chicken feet soup (not bad actually, feet are chewy though);
  3. Roasted guinea pig (called Cuy in Ecuador; quite tasty).

My tips on your dishes that you tried:
1. Cow hoof soup: Always wash them first;
2. Chicken fee soup: delicious! If you get chicken between your teeth you can always pick it out with the foot in the soup;
3.Roasted guinea pig: Tastes like chicken

Food wise, I think the texture and the spices made the difference. You chefs can chime in. I hate fried chicken but love steam chicken. I hate the steam chicken skin but love the grilled skins. Just hated fried anything, though....I would rather eat raw then fried.

Vegetables more than enough. I love my veggies without meat mixing into it.

My meats: Bloody or still walking :)

Deep-fried alligator is good, but Trip is probably bored with that. Rocky Mountain oysters is a rich, tasty treat.

Gators' meat is too chewy. Bulls' testicles is a one time thing.
They're selling cow tongue at Sam's Club. Good stuff.

Try this if you find it: Lab or Lap by the Laos people. Lab is similar to Cevicei' in our culture. Lab or Lap by Laos is entirely different. Absolutely delicious. Not Thai or Khmer lab but Laos' version....spicy and bitter.

Lab or Lap by Laos: the meat I like best were duck and beef. Beef is my American's ass thing so I tried ducks but like beef better. The steak were raw but then mixed with lemon juice and stomach chime . Served with some green onions and mixed mints and basils.

This is the kind of foods that will make more babies the world need. I'd be squirting all over the place afterward....

I had the "salted fish and tofu clay pot" at Joyful House. If you dont know this dish, get to know it. It is wonderful. In Boston, it was the best I have tasted anywhere around the world. Just one one restaurant in Boston carried it. I looked all over Vegas, Joyful House seems to be the only one that daring enough to have it.

If I had to rates the Joyful House dish versus the Boston's restaurant dish: 3/5. I am sure the dish is wickedly delicious in Hong Kong or Rural China somewhere. These are the only two places I have found in the United States. And I have traveled all over. I have been to San Fran and LA but I have not looked for this specific dish.

One more dish I like to mentioned in Boston that seems to superseded any location in the places I have been. Very simple dish. "Salt and Pepper Shrimps". The shrimps they used in Boston is live and with long whiskers and very small. Heads and all served with hot peppers and salt. Unbeatable thus far.

Joyful house tried but the shrimps are huge and previously frozen: Negative. Dont eat it. Ridiculous.

I have eaten twice at Kim Long Pho restaurant. Why is it so busy? It is not very good. Soup are not made from bones authentically. My spicy pho dish doesn't have blood or pig foot.

Their food is gross.

@tripoda

are you in town?

let’s try some Laos food. I only had Lao food one time and it was in Oakland. It’s exactly like Thailand. But I wanna eat lao dishes only.

7 seven days in Vegas, bro. That was enough. I am back in Florida. Some diluted foods and gimmicky BS restaurants. I was staying Harrah's. The noodle shop was actually pretty good when they are open. Breakfast cafe' was also pretty good. The pool try to charge me $120 per chair with a cover. Hell no. Plus $60 worth of drinks. WTF? People were paying for that BS, too. The bars are full of "working girls at nite" sheesh. Ghetto asss shieet.

I stayed at the Linq Sunday and Monday.

I got a 38 dollar a night, but the resort fees was 90 bucks a day.

16 dollars for a tall boy Coors lite at a casino.

Didn't realise how shitty it has become. The growth will slow down sooner or later. Cookie cutter homes building will likely slow down. I dont know how but there are a lot of vacant properties and office spaces for lease and sale in town. Not a good sign. There are a lot of vagrants getting into our hotel first floor. Bellagio was escorting vagrants from their expensive shops and gambling floor. You dont see that craps where I live. One of the beggars on the street in front of the Flamingo held a sign said "need money for hookers and blow why lie?" That craps is not a first amendment.
