One thing often missed about the "style" of Tark's teams was their toughness. I remember reading something LJ said his rookie year in the NBA about his last year at UNLV when he'd watch the other teams get off the bus at the T&M and just visualize how bad he'd beat them.
Fast or slow don't matter as much to me as tough. I think Beard is tough and his players will be too.
