Facebook Stream

Liking it! Steaming on the Amazon FireStick to the 65". Not a flawless HD perfect quality, but it's pretty close. Far better than any stems i remember in the past. And being able to stream with this quality to the big screen is great.

It's a really good stream. Watching it on my 27 inch iMac. The announcer is a little annoying but I enjoyed seeing the lineups and no commercials are nice.

Rebs look really good. Major props to Menzies for rebuilding this fast. This is going to be a fun team to watch

Yeah, I think it a pretty high quality considering it was through Facebook. It looks like a couple more games will be streamed this way. Didn't listen too much to their announcers. But will watch again if I can't make the games.

Yea, I might listen to the radio stream next time instead of Facebook announcers. However...... given the game was a shut out, there was a LOT of interaction with the fans posting to the Facebook stream and the announcer/floor reporter. The "Free Tacos when the Rebs hit 100" was hilarious. Someone posted for the floor reporter to go say hi to her son, who was 100% disinterested in talking to the reporter

Stream looked like it avg 1.8k viewers. Did peak up above 2k here and there. Not surprising given the matchup.

Would think this would be a good trial run to ditch contracts with sports channels and stream directly to fans. But with those type of numbers are way too low. Maybe more marketing for this in the future would help. I have both a Roku and computer hooked up to my tv so its easier for me than most to get these types of games in my living room.

I think it really takes some more NFL and other major sports events to be broadcast on Amazon, Twitter, Facebook, etc. to get people to start watching this way, then it becomes easier for them to turn on the UNLV games after it is all set up.

I tried that very thing. But unfortunately, there was no way to pause the live stream video to sync-up with the lagging audio.

surprisingly a decent quality broadcast. One of the announcers kept mispronouncing the Rebel players names, but then again I remember it took the famous Chick Hearn about 5 games to get Stacy Augmon's name correct...he kept calling him "Tracy Augmon"...lol

Anyone know of a way to see tomorrow's game? Beside the obvious, go to the Mack. Unfortunately I'm bed-bound at the moment, so as much as I would like to go, it's impossible any more, for me. Actually, the next 3 games are no TV. But beginning w/ the S Utah game on the 25th, every game will be available in some form.

So are there any streams available? I hate to miss the Rebels.

It appears Stadium will be casting the game again. I'd say you should be able to view at the following URL or find their Facebook page to watch and partake in the banter during the game.
