Why are these guys so down on Cronin? They're using words like "disaster". Mitch Moss flat out said he would rather have Steve Lavin. Lavin! Not the guy that has gone to six straight tournaments! They want the guy that has been FIRED at his last TWO jobs. That's he guy they'd prefer?!
It's like they are operating in a parrellel universe. How is the administration screwing this up so "horribly" according to them? I think it's a slam dunk hire. I honestly don't think there is another AVAILABLE and WILLING coach out there that is a better choice. If they hire him I will be ecstatic. I hope these radio guys don't poison the well right off the bat. Last thing we need is a new coach coming in surrounded by negativity before he even coaches a game. It would be nice, just once, if the city could support the program and not individual agendas.
