WR M. Wimberly who we already have a verbal from tweeted that he and QB Richard Lagow are a package deal.

Wimberly and Lagow both are putting up nice numbers. Wimberly may have been joking based on the tone of his text. Landing both these two guys could make our offense pretty explosive next year. The guy that might benefit the most is Boyd.

Boyd, Keys, and Wimberly, all lined up for a deep play pass with Thomas at the slot and big X at rb. Options and screens for days.

To be honest I would not be surprised to see Presley become more involved next year and possibly Woods. Keys has been really quiet this year outside of a couple of plays. I thought he would put up bigger numbers with Boyd getting so much attention. QB play hasn't helped his cause either.

I think Wimberly is pretty solid commit. He follows all things UNLV. Nothing wrong with being happy/proud when other offers come in. Boyd , Keys, Wimberly, Presley, Woods, Harris gives this team a nice core to work with next year. I expect at least 1 or 2 more WR to be brought in this class. (2 Commits- Wimberly+ Harris and 1 or 2 more)

I think QB play has hurt the WR production to a point. Hopefully we will see the true potential of this offense with Decker back in the lineup and @ 100%.

Mark Anderson wrote the following excerpt about Lagow:

The Rebels have offered junior college quarterback Richard Lagow a scholarship offer, the QB tweeted recently.

UNLV needs a new quarterback with Blake Decker moving on after this season and the uncertainty of whether sophomore Kurt Palandech, redshirt freshman Kevin Thomson or freshman Dalton Sneed could handle the starting job.

Lagow (6-6, 240) began his college career at Connecticut before transferring to Oklahoma State in August 2013 and redshirting that season. He then went to Cisco (Texas) Community College, and this season has completed 66 percent of his passes for 2,285 yards and 21 touchdowns, with 10 interceptions

If the Rebels sign Lagow during the early period, which begins Dec. 15, they can get him in school in time for spring practice. Lagow will visit UNLV on Dec. 4, a big weekend for junior college recruits in which eight to 10 players are expected.

During UNLV's bye last week, Rebels coaches visited 50 high schools and junior colleges. The Rebels received nine commitments for their 25-player class.
