The improvement in Hamilton's defense the last couple games? The pin on the backboard vs CSU was a thing of beauty and the grin on his face was priceless. But what I wanted to point out was the job he did on Mitchell last Saturday. That guy has consistently killed us for what seems like 10 yrs. Not last Saturday, Bham shut him down.

His defense has been a liability at times this season but is not as much of a concern now. I believe this is a testament to OTZ and him being the coach he is and a man of his word. Kids are pickin' up what he is layin' down. That's the reason Jenkins followed him here.

He did what the team needed him to do including pulling down a game high 10 rebounds. Truly a great effort

We needed Hamilton to get the ball and shoot instead of hardy in crunch time. Could have easily lost that one. One basket in last 10:44, and that was a semi miracle

Defense travels. Defensive rebounding was the story of the second half. SDSU big men were exposed. I can't believe they are still a 1 seed. As far as Hardy goes. They need to call fouls when he is hit, grabbed, and knocked down. Everyone was not shooting the ball in the last five minutes. I would like to see Elijah popping a few more threes instead of driving, but I am sure Otz is reviewing the film right now with an eye for improvement with the team. BSU on Wednesday, should be a tough game.

Funny how when we start winning, I love everybody on the team. I’d really like to see some good things happen to them. The SDSU win is really one of our greatest wins in the last 30 years. Of course when Tark was here we had great wins every year. Boise has me worried. We have layed a lot of big game eggs over the last few years. I wish all the players were really into it come Wednesday. We could sneak into a 3 seed if we win these next two. Rebs need to bring it on Wednesday night...
