Cole Palmer re-opens his recruiting

I think this was just another save face for a recruit that the current staff had no interest in keeping as a recruit. This is really not a bad thing that he is looking elsewhere since it appears he was one of the lowest ranked recruits from the Sanchez era, and 247 had already removed him from their list of recruits
