It looks like that Sevens team is in Delaware.

Also, the Rugby 7s in Las Vegas is not a team, but rather a fast-paced version of rugby that has 7 players and 7 minute periods. A major North American event of the Rugby 7s usually takes place every year in Las Vegas.

Yeah, Rugby 7s is badazz, watching it live online right now from Syney, Australia. USA was knocked out earlier by New Zealand who are playing Austrailia in the final.

It's back in Olympics this year, hoping we get some better athletes, borderline NFL talent. We are the defending Gold medal Rugby champs from the 1920s.

I've played 7s rugby before, it's a ton of fun but boy you've got to be super fit, the amount of sprinting in a short space of time with little recovery time is brutal.

It'll be funny if they decide to give valuable minutes to a way-over-the-hill Elton Brand rather than to someone like Christian Wood who needs a nice block of pt to really evaluate whether he's worth keeping or not.

Maybe so but if he keeps working hard, puts his reps in at the Summer League, he'll get called up again. Saw a few of his games, he did not look out of place.

In judging Wood’s development, we should bear in mind that, when he left the Rebels, he was all of 19. He definitely had some growing-up to do, but didn’t we all at 19?

Hopefully he’ll figure out how to put his potential together with some hard work, and fashion a decent career. He was never a bad kid, just a kid.

I don't think he is being given much of a chance to play, and is more of just being a warm body.
