I skipped the crap until Coach Beard took the podium (which was way too short). He said all the right things. My favorite part was at the 28:30 mark when he was asked about the lack luster roster and recruits for this upcoming season and he was not having it!

That's the kind of coach that will lead kids into a battle and expect a win. After hearing Beard speak I'm pretty certain we got the right guy!
Pretty interesting his comment about the 'seniors' I guess he's referring to Carter and Green cuz they're basically the only players who haven't jumped ship.

Carter, Poyser, Fisher, Jackson, Johnson, Green; Starr would be a solid group.

Beard could add pieces to that and get something going next year.
