Get off all the NBA crap, Noone on this team is ready for the NBA. It's a culture Rice has built, getting guys to the NBA is his biggest recruiting tool yet it's been his biggest fault while coaching. Everyone expects to be here 1 or 2 years and if it's not on to the NBA they either declare anyways or transfer. We all look at Rice and so does the nation and say why can't he coach but if you can't keep a team together you can't win. I don't think it's rice that can't coach I think it's rice that can't keep a team together. This team needs to stay together or we will get the same thing over and over and over we aren't duke, Kentucky, Kansas, Michigan st, or any of the blue bloods to be successful we have to have a TEAM meaning players who stick together for 3 or 4 years. If not Rice will lose his job and we will be doing the same thing over and over and over....
