The article isn't very well written. The part about revenue sharing will entice players. We haven't had that before. Not sure how NIL changes other than the money comes directly from the school.

Why not? Many of the college kids are making more than pros without one tenth of the skill level!

We give NIL players to money up front. That allows players to fake injuries and sit out.

Space those payments out. If you don’t play you don’t get paid.
