We all know this supposed great defense we have is bunk because we get toasted on open 3's and offensive rebounds. But would be nice to see a stat of defense points per possession allowed to quantify what we see. Can anyone find this?

Finding possessions is easy - but what do you mean by "defensive points"?

If one team has ball 4 times and scores 6 points the points per posession is 1.5.

That is a true measure as everything would be considered. Like offensive rebounds turning into points.

Rebounding is the thing really killing us. I know coach likes the d of Lrod and Ike. But their rebounding stats are bad. Only way small ball works is to have lots of guys who can rebound. We do not have that.
