Most likely unless Odom hires his brother from USC to be DC.
Another scenario is Marion taking the Wazzu job and Scherer being the DC there or at Wake Forest. Who knows in this climate.

Hopefully we can retain many of these guys.
Truth is we are already losing a ton from just an eligibility standpoint. It seems like a huge chunk of our promising returners are in the portal too now.

The number was closing in on 20 this morning. UNLV better be happy they swung for the fences for a coach, otherwise next year could have put UNLV right back to where they were prior to Odom, but with a much weaker MWC in the future. I hope they get NIU along with another team from back east on board, and I hope the staff coming in with Mullen can both recruit replacements and talk some of the players that have gone into the portal into staying at UNLV.
