I saw a headline he is transferring out of Michigan. Any chance UNLV would get him depending on the coach? Isn't he originally from Vegas?

He went to HS in Reno. Not sure if he was ever in Vegas. I imagine he’ll have multiple P5 offers but maybe.

Ok thanks you are probably right for some reason I thought Reno. Thought maybe if it was a local connection...plus he has a game manager reputation if he gets P5 offers I imagine it is at the low end of that scale. The Vandy/Indiana/Wake Forest end of things.

He definitely is not an elite QB but he also started every game last year at Michigan before getting beat out this season, I’m guessing he has much bigger aspirations thanUNLV.

Lower end? Iowa, while their offense is very midwesterner (as is their D) is not a lower end P5, they always have a winning season and make a bowl game. They have won 10 games 2 of the last 4 seasons and haven’t had a losing season in a decade. Definitely not elite but I think they have more wins the last decade than all but 15 P5 schools. Iowa also had 33 players on NFL rosters to start this season more than all but 8 schools.

I also think Iowa and Michigan don't play for the next 2 years, so no conflicts of interest unless if they both make the conference championship game.

Iowa would have definitely been a lower tier team if you go back to 2014, but since then they have won at least 8 or more games every season. 2021 was a 10-4 season
