I think this statement is a shot at the UNLV athletic department.
"This year we have an operating budget of $80 million. Can we compete at the highest levels of college athletics and do it the right way? Compete with character, win the right way? Yes we can. We'll look throughout the country, We'll make sure as we told this basketball team, we'll bring the best man in to lead them going forward," said Texas Tech Athletic Director Kirby Hocutt.
