BSU loses second RB in a week

BSU's only RB signee for 2015 won't be with the Broncos. Ray Sheard, Arlington, TX, was announced as a signee for BSU and Trinity CC both this year. Sheard said it was "just in case" he didn't qualify at BSU. He must know himself very well. That leaves BSU with a thin stable of RBs, the frontrunner, McNichols, being a true soph whose redshirt was burned midway through last season. Part of the reason that happened was because Demas and Fields were underachieving, and those two are back, along with RS Fr Young. Sounds like BSU could struggle in the run game this year.

I think BSU brings back one of the top 5 offensive lines in terms Career Starts. Whoever ends up back there will probably be fine. I dont expect another Jay Ajayi but they will probably be talented and have plenty of space to move in.

They, literally, lost nobody from the OL. There was not a Sr O-Lineman on the roster last year so, yes, they will be fine in that regard. Replacing Ajayi won't be easy. I wouldn't be surprised to see a committee (I hate those). Their QB derby will be interesting to watch, too - two sophs, a RS frosh and a true frosh - and a lot of people have the true frosh (Rypien) winning.

Yeah, he broke all of Kellen Moore's WA state HS records, and Moore did okay for himself.
