Bowl Game Changes for 2020

For MW, out goes the LV Bowl and in comes the LA Bowl. Yeah, at least we don't come out empty, but I can't see this bowl getting anywhere near the attendance of what "our" LV Bowl did. For MW fans, I see LV as a much more desirable destination than LA, and a town that cares a lot more about sports than LA. Net loss but, as I said, we didn't come out empty. With "Hair" leading the way from the rear, that's about the best we could hope for.

Yeah it was pretty obvious the new stadium was looking for an upgrade over the MWC. A SEC/B1G rotation along with a higher pick (#3 or #4) from the PAC significantly improves the prestige of the LV Bowl.

I think L.A. vs a P5 team is good us. We could have ended up sending our champ to New Mexico or Boise to play a C-USA or MAC team. I just hope we stick with the PAC #5 pick and they don't downgrade it to #7 or something.
