I don't think we'll be cracking it after this win and solid performances against our quality OOC opponents. I know the win is against an FCS school and it's only one win but I think our streak of being bottom-10 is over.

Tonight's team was brutal. But so were the other FCS teams we lost to.
Sanchez had them ready and focused, even after coming out of the gate 0-3. Hauck couldn't get them to focus on tiny opponents....

I was really impressed with this performance. UNLV beat an opponent that they were supposed to beat and then some.
In years past this game is a nail biter or one that we lose.
The QB looked at his first option only and the defense was terrible. That being said, and like others have pointed out as well, there's a real possibility that we lose to this opponent in the past.
I'm ecstatic that we won't be sniffing that loser's list that we always seem to find our way onto. It's embarrassing year after year to read the author's snarky comments about how bad we are. What's worse is that while my heart tries to argue my head knows that the criticism is completely accurate.
