Wouldn't be my 1st, 2nd, or even 5th choice, but he is the kinda hire I craved before names like Dixon and Cronin started being bandied about. He's a fiery up and comer who has earned his way to where he is by succeeding.
The transient nature of his resume is more than a little off-putting to me, but if he's poached by some P5 school in the near future it's because he'll have won here. Can't complain or worry if that's the case, because it means this program was elevated during his stint.
