Menzies is proven mediocrity. Beard is an unknown whos shown some promise. I say we take beard, and fire tina. Our administration and our jerry jones boosters (who want to make all the decisions because they are paying) are hurting our program. We should not be in the position we are in. We are a program with a ton of potential. This is embarrassing.
