IF Vandy doesn't end up poaching him from us first, here is how I see this playing out.
He is supposedly a disciplinarian and runs a slow offense so any of our players that can transfer, will transfer. For some it won't be possible or just won't make sense.
Either way we are going to have a very different team next year. I am almost ok with that at this point.
He is the right kind of coach to win in the MW. The methodical offense, defense minded game wins out here.
I wouldn't be surprised if year one and tons of new players we still break even in conference again. Can't be much worse, the bottom of this conference is really bad.

Here's how I see it playing out with some of our current players.
Pat McCaw- If he doesn't declare for NBA this year, he comes back for his junior year and declares for NBA after The 16-17 season is over. If he transferred he would have to sit a year and wouldn't be able to test the NBA waters until after the 17-18 season.
Derrick Jones- Sames as above. I believe if Derrick is cleared to play academically for the 16-17 season, he declares for the NBA after next season.
Jordan Cornish- I think he stays and gives the new coach 1 year to see how he fits into the new system.
Jaylen Poyser- could possibly transfer out depending on what happens with Jaylen Fisher.
Ben Carter- Already burned a red shirt year and comes back.
