Well we kind of know who is wrong or right! I would hope!! If Marvin was in the right then we have the wrong HC and/or AD!!I don’t know who was in the wrong or right..
Deuces.
I thought of it like he was tagging the AD so the AD would see what was happening. He wasn't an impact player that is now looking to find somewhere for his graduate year which will most likely be a lower tier program so that he can become a starter. I did see his post on twitter
"Imagine playing 4 years at a university then not even being able to be recognized your senior year. Thanks UNLV!❤️🔥😂 @ErickHarper".
It appears that his beef is with Erick Harper the AD! Curious why he wouldn't be honored as a senior if he has already met the requirements for graduation? It also appears that he must have broken some school rule to have him pulled from senior recognition and the team? If he refuses to say what happended, it could be a big deal?
That lower tier program known as Gonzaga..🤣He wasn't an impact player that is now looking to find somewhere for his graduate year which will most likely be a lower tier program so that he can become a starter. I did see his post on twitter

It's really unfortunate for him.I don't have any inside info, but from an observational standpoint, I haven't loved his body language for much of this season. I wondered before this went down if he was pouting. In the opportunities he did have this season, he produced more like a walk-on than a schollie player. It's hard going from being one of the first names written on the starting lineup (with CKK as assistant) to getting spot backup minutes to a point guard that scores no better than you do. I get it. To Marv it probably felt the basketball gods were crapping on him. My guess is he became disgruntled, the coaches identified it as a threat to the positive culture they are trying to build, and didn't want to risk a squad-player malcontent from souring the group or being a distraction. Hence the freeze out.
I did find it super weird, and passive-aggressive (much like his senior day tweet tagging the AD) that for the CSU game at home, he was sitting on gucci row right across from the Rebel bench in regular street clothes, not wearing UNLV gear. That was to be seen by the coaches/team. Glad we still blew out CSU. This tells me the coaches probably had good reason to proceed without him.
To see that he has "heard from" Gonzaga, Stanford, BYU, SMU, Utah, Washington, Coastal Carolina, Santa Clara, Portland, and "others" kind of makes me think this is a scorned lover list. He needs to let his emotions clam down, find a good head space again, and go to the Big West or Big Sky where he'll contribute. He's not a bad player or kid. I'm rooting for him. Hope he finds the appropriate fit and finishes his college career on a high note.
